Policy

Quality, safety and environment belong to one site discipline

From structural works to finishing, and from excavation to MEP systems, every work item is defined together with its control step, permit and record.

Quality control

Concrete, rebar, fill and insulation works are checked before, during and at the end of each stage as separate steps. Site management and technical office records are kept together with the progress-payment file.

Occupational health and safety

Site induction, PPE checks and separate permit-to-work arrangements for work at height, shoring, excavation and crane operations are applied. Risk assessments are updated as phases change.

Environmental management

Waste segregation, excavation haulage, noise and dust control are part of the site organisation, with applicable environmental regulation treated as the minimum threshold.

Subcontractor and supply control

Subcontractor teams are assessed per work item, and material acceptance includes document and sample checks. Where non-conforming work is identified, the next phase does not start before it is redone.

Stage handover sequence

Each stage is closed in the same sequence before the next work item begins.

  1. 01Pre-works technical check and permit to work
  2. 02In-progress inspection and record keeping
  3. 03End-of-stage conformity check and progress file
  4. 04Provisional acceptance and snag list closure
  5. 05Final acceptance and handover

Where a project brings its own quality and HSE requirements, we build them into the work programme.
